Nuovo Codice dell’Amministrazione Digitale
Oggi 14 settembre 2016 entra in vigore il DECRETO LEGISLATIVO 26 agosto 2016, n. 179 che porta con sé modifiche ed integrazioni al Codice dell’amministrazione digitale (CAD). Come sempre non tutte le modifiche sono migliorative ma soffermiamoci sugli aspetti positivi della riforma. Su di uno in particolare di interesse per la comunità del Software Libero e per la collettività.
